Tunisian Cauliflower Shawarma

- β2 tsp tunisian spice blendavailable at Middle Eastern markets
- β2 tbsp grill oil
- β2 tbsp lemon juice
- β2 cloves garlic
- β4-6 pita pita breadgluten-free option available

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together tunisian spice blend and grill oil.

Brush the mixture on both sides of the cauliflower.

Grill the cauliflower for 5-7 minutes per side, or until slightly charred.

Let the cauliflower rest for 2-3 minutes before slicing into thin strips.

Warm pita bread by wrapping it in foil and heating it on the grill for 2-3 minutes.
