Argentinian Kissed Creamy Gratin
A keto twist on a classic gratin, combining the flavors of Argentinian cuisine with a creamy texture.
Ingredients
- β250g kissed argentinian cheesesuch as provolone or parmesan
- β500g long beanssuch as green beans or haricot vert
- β1 cup gratinsuch as panko breadcrumbs or grated cheese
- β2 tbsp chinese oilor any neutral-tasting oil
- β1 cup creamy saucesuch as heavy cream or sour cream
- βto taste salt

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Slice the long beans into 1-inch pieces.

In a large skillet, heat the chinese oil over medium-high heat.

Add the long beans and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

In a separate saucepan, heat the creamy sauce over low heat.

Stir in the kissed argentinian cheese until melted and smooth.

In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, create a layer of the cooked long beans.

Pour half of the cheesy creamy sauce over the beans.
