Grilled Lamb Brochette

- β1 pack Irish Brochetteavailable in most supermarkets
- β2 tbsp Olive Oilfor marinating
- β2 tbsp Lemon Juicefor marinating
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tsp Saltto taste
- β1 tsp Pepperto taste
- β2 Crispy Bell Pepperssliced
