- β1 block Eastern cheese
- β1 sheet Crunchy crispy pastry
- β1 tbsp Kissed honeyoptional
- β1 cup Milk
- β1 cup Sugar
- β1 tsp Vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

In a bowl, mix milk, sugar, and vanilla extract.

Add cheese and mix until smooth.

Prepare the knafeh crust according to package instructions.
