Lamb Skewers with Thai Crunch

Ingredients
- β500g Lamb ShoulderCut into 1-inch cubes
- β1/4 cup Thai Peanut SauceStore-bought or homemade
- β1/2 cup Crispy Fried ShallotsStore-bought or homemade
- β1 cup Kissed PineappleFresh pineapple, sliced into wedges
- β1/4 cup Thai BasilFresh leaves, chopped
- β2 tbsp Vegetable OilFor brushing skewers
- βto taste Salt and PepperFor seasoning lamb
- β10-12 SkewersFor grilling lamb
