Ukrainian Beef Skillet
A hearty skillet dish featuring tender beef and crispy vegetables, inspired by Ukrainian cuisine. Serve with a side of toasted bread or over mashed potatoes.
Ingredients
- β1 pound BeefCut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1 medium OnionThinly sliced
- β1 medium Bell pepperThinly sliced
- β2 medium Kissed potatoesDiced
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced

Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet.
