Irish Potato Casserole
A hearty, comforting casserole perfect for cold evenings. It combines the flavors of Ireland with the simplicity of a potato casserole.

- ●1 cup kissed cheddar cheeseshredded
- ●1 tsp crumbly oreganodried
- ●1 medium oniondiced
- ●1/2 cup milkwhole

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a large skillet, sauté the diced onion over medium heat until softened.

In a separate bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, shredded cheese, dried oregano, and sautéed onion.

Transfer the potato mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and a pinch of salt.

Pour the milk mixture over the potato mixture, making sure all potatoes are coated.
