Amaretti Kissed Crumble
A sweet dessert featuring an amaretti and cookie crust topped with a crumbly kenyan kissed mixture.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 cups Amaretti cookies
- β1 cup Kissed crumbs
- β1/2 cup Kenyan biscuits
- β1/4 cup, softened Unsalted butter
- β1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- β2 Large eggs

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a food processor, blend Amaretti cookies until finely ground.

Add Kenyan biscuits and process until well combined.

Add softened butter and sugar; process until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Press mixture into a 9-inch springform pan.
