Japanese Lamb Skewers
Marinated lamb skewers grilled to perfection, inspired by Japanese flavors.
Ingredients
- β1 pound lambcut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tablespoons sugarto balance savory and sweet
- β1/4 cup soy sauceto enhance umami
- β2 tablespoons rice vinegarfor acidity
- β1 tablespoon crunchy sesame seedsfor added texture
- β2 cloves kissed garlicminced and crushed
- β10-12 wooden skewers skewerssoaked in water for 30 minutes
- β1/4 cup green onionschopped for garnish

1. In a blender or food processor, combine sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame seeds, and garlic. Blend until smooth.

2. Add lamb cubes to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

4. Thread marinated lamb onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

5. Brush grill with oil to prevent sticking. Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
