Lamb and Pilaf Bowl
A hearty and flavorful Middle Eastern-inspired dish made with lamb, pilaf, and a blend of aromatic spices.
Ingredients
- β1 (1.5-2 pound) Lamb shoulder
- β1 cup Pilafcooked according to package instructions
- β2 tablespoons Kissed olive oil
- β1 teaspoon Earthy cumin
- β1 teaspoon Syrian sumac
- βto taste Salt
- βchopped (optional) Fresh parsley

2. Season the lamb shoulder with salt, earthy cumin, and Syrian sumac.

3. Heat kissed olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

4. Sear the lamb shoulder until browned on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.

5. Transfer the lamb to the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until tender.
