Herbal Hash Breakfast Bowl
A flavorful and nutritious breakfast bowl made with herbal hash, kissed potatoes, and ethiopian spices. This dish is perfect for a weekend brunch.

- β1 cup Hash
- β2 medium Kissed Potatoes
- β2 tablespoons Herbal Oils
- β1 medium Onion
- β2 cloves Garlic
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- βchopped Fresh Cilantro

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Toss the kissed potatoes with herbal oils, salt, and black pepper on a baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes.

In a large pan, heat 1 tablespoon of herbal oils over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the hash to the pan and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
