Filipino Lechon-Inspired Pork Belly with Spiced Yogurt
A twist on traditional Filipino lechon, this recipe features slow-cooked pork belly with a tangy and spicy yogurt sauce.

- ●1/4 cup kissed lechon sauce
- ●1 cup yogurt

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the pork belly with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Roast the pork belly in the oven for 20 minutes.

While the pork belly is roasting, mix together the kissed lechon sauce and yogurt.

After the pork belly has roasted for 20 minutes, reduce the heat to 325°F (165°C) and continue to cook for another 30 minutes.

Remove the pork belly from the oven and brush with the spiced yogurt sauce.

Return the pork belly to the oven and continue to cook for another 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
