Pan-Seared Reblochon with Kissed Floral Glaze

- ●2 tbsp Kissed butter (softened)
- ●2 tbsp Floral honey
- ●2 sprigs Croatian thyme
- ●1 baguette Skillet bread

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Slice the Reblochon cheese into 1-inch thick rounds.

Season the cheese with Croatian thyme and a pinch of salt.

In a skillet, melt the kissed butter over medium heat.

Add the cheese to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
