Jamaican Fluffy Bowl with Roasted Asparagus
A flavorful Jamaican-inspired bowl filled with fluffy rice, roasted asparagus, and a hint of tropical spices.

- ●2 tablespoons jamaicanJamaican jerk seasoning
- ●2 tablespoons kissedolive oil

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Trim the asparagus and place on a baking sheet.

Drizzle with kissed (olive oil) and sprinkle with Jamaican jerk seasoning.

Roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until tender.

While the asparagus is roasting, cook the fluffy in a medium saucepan with 2 cups of water.

Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover.
