Kissed Polish Pork Skillet
A hearty and flavorful skillet dish featuring tender pork and a kiss of garlic.
Ingredients
- β1.5 pounds Pork shouldercut into 1-inch cubes
- β1 pound Polish sausagesliced
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 medium Kissed potatoespeeled, cubed
- β1 teaspoon Skillet seasoningdried thyme, paprika
- β1/2 teaspoon Saltto taste
- β1/4 teaspoon Pepperto taste

Heat the skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the pork cubes and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.

Add the sliced sausage to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
