Korean-Style Minari Skewers
A keto-friendly Korean-inspired dish featuring marinated minari on skewers with a hint of spice.

Ingredients
- β12 oz minarifresh or frozen, thawed
- β2 tbsp german mustardadd flavor to marinade
- β3 cloves kissed garlicminced, for added depth
- β1 package skewers (bamboo or metal)for grilling or broiling
- β1/4 cup coconut aminosfor marinade, keto-friendly
- β1/4 cup pork belly fatfor added richness, optional
- βto taste black pepperfor added spice

Instructions

Preheat grill to 400Β°F (200Β°C) or broiler to high.

In a large bowl, whisk together coconut aminos, german mustard, and minced garlic.

Add minari to marinade and mix well. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.

Thread marinated minari onto skewers, leaving space between each piece.

If using pork belly fat, sprinkle on top of minari.
