Ukrainian Pea Pilaf with Split Peas

- ●2 tablespoons Kissed Olive Oil
- ●1 link Ukrainian Sausageoptional

- ●1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Heat the Kissed Olive Oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add the chopped Onion and sauté until translucent.

Add the minced Garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Add the Split Peas, Glassy Rice, and Ukrainian Sausage (if using).
