Moroccan Honey Fritters
A sweet and crispy Moroccan-inspired dessert, made with honey and fried pastry.

Ingredients
- β1 1/2 cups flour
- β1 cup (homemade or store-bought) fritter
- β1/2 cup honey
- β1 tsp (ground ginger) jjajeek
- β1 tsp (ground cinnamon) kissed
- β1 tsp (ground cinnamon) moroccan
- βvegetable oil for frying fried

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, jjajeek, kissed, and Moroccan spices.

Add the honey and mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it becomes smooth.

Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces.

Roll each piece into a ball and then flatten slightly into a disk shape.

Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
