Algerian Lamb Tagine with Japanese Twist
A fusion of Japanese and Algerian flavors, this lamb tagine is a hearty and aromatic dish perfect for a cold winter's night.
Ingredients
- β1.5 lbs Lamb shouldercut into 2-inch pieces
- β1 cup Sushi ricecooked according to package instructions
- β2 tsp Algerian spicesmix of cumin, coriander, cinnamon, and paprika
- β2 tbsp Indulgent honeyfor serving
- β1/4 cup Kissed rose petalsfresh or dried
- β2 tbsp Japanese soy saucefor marinating lamb
- β1/4 cup Green onionschopped, for garnish
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantrochopped, for garnish

1. Marinate lamb in soy sauce for at least 30 minutes.

2. Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
