- β4 pieces Bao doughHomemade or store-bought
- β100g Granulated sugarTo taste
- β1 Large eggBeaten for egg wash
- β20g Unsalted butterMelted for brushing bao
- β50g Shredded coconutFor garnish

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roll out bao dough to 1/4 inch thickness.
