Croatian Dough Pancakes
A traditional Croatian breakfast dish made with a simple dough and topped with various ingredients.

- β1/4 cup lazy
- β1/2 cup kissed
- β2 cups flourall-purpose flour
- β1 large eggs
- β1 cup milk
- β2 tbsp sugar
- β2 tbsp butter

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and yeast.

Add milk, eggs, and melted butter. Mix until smooth.

Gradually add the dough and mix until a sticky ball forms.

Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
