Russian Bao Bun Sliders
A fusion of Russian flavors in a soft, fluffy bao bun, filled with kissed beef and topped with molten cheese.
Ingredients
- β250g Beef (kissed)Thinly sliced
- β4 Bao bunsSoft, fluffy buns
- β100g Molten cheeseSliced into thin pieces
- β20g Russian dillFresh, chopped
- β50g OnionThinly sliced
- β20g MayonnaiseOptional
- β10g MustardOptional

1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

2. Add a small amount of oil to the grill and cook the beef for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired level of doneness.

3. Meanwhile, toast the bao buns on the grill or in a toaster.

4. Assemble the sliders by spreading a small amount of mayonnaise or mustard on the bottom bun, if using.

5. Add a few slices of the cooked beef, followed by a slice of molten cheese.

6. Top with a sprinkle of chopped Russian dill and a few slices of onion.

7. Place the top bun on the slider and serve immediately.
