Thai Beef Wrap
A flavorful and easy-to-make wrap filled with spicy Thai beef and crunchy vegetables. Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 lb Thai Kissed BeefSliced into thin strips
- β1 cup Nutty Brown Rice
- β1 Crunchy CucumberThinly sliced
- β1 WrapLarge flour tortilla
- β1/2 cup Spicy Peanut Sauce
- β1/2 cup Sliced Carrots
- β1/4 cup Chopped Cilantro
- β1 tsp Thai Chili Flakes
- βto taste Salt

1. In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat.

3. Add the Thai chili flakes and cook for an additional minute.

4. In a small bowl, whisk together the peanut sauce and 1 tablespoon of water.

5. Add the peanut sauce to the skillet and stir to combine.

6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.

7. Meanwhile, cook the brown rice according to package instructions.

8. Warm the large flour tortilla by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

9. Assemble the wrap by spreading a layer of the peanut sauce on the tortilla, followed by the cooked beef, cooked rice, sliced cucumber, carrots, and cilantro.
