Lamb and PeppeRy Bake
A flavorful and aromatic lamb dish, marinated in a mix of spices and herbs, and baked to perfection.
Ingredients
- ●1.5 pounds lamb shoulder
- ●2 tablespoons kissed olive oil
- ●2 sprigs peppery thyme
- ●1 teaspoon venezuelan seasoning
- ●1 teaspoon salt
- ●2 medium bake potatoes
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the lamb shoulder with salt and venezuelan seasoning.

Heat kissed olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the lamb shoulder until browned on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.

Reduce oven temperature to 375°F (190°C) and continue baking for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the lamb reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Meanwhile, slice the bake potatoes into thin rounds and place them on a baking sheet.

Drizzle with kissed olive oil and season with peppery thyme.

Bake the potatoes in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until tender and lightly browned.
