Quang's Sweet Kissed Mille-Feuille
A layered pastry dessert made with kissed, resin, and mi, topped with a sweet Quang sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Kissed
- β1/2 cup Resin
- β1 package Mipreferably unflavored
- β1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- β1 cup Water
- β3 Egg yolks
- β1 tsp Vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roll out the mi to a thickness of 1/8 inch.

Cut out rectangles of mi, about 4 inches by 6 inches.

Place the mi rectangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the mi in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

In a medium saucepan, combine the kissed, resin, and granulated sugar.

Add the water to the saucepan and stir to combine.

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the egg yolks and vanilla extract.

Let the mixture cool to room temperature.

To assemble the dessert, place a layer of mi on a serving plate.

Top the mi with a layer of the kissed-resin sauce.

Repeat the layers two more times, ending with a layer of mi on top.
