Shrimp Risotto with Croatian Twist
A creamy risotto dish with succulent shrimp and a hint of Croatian flair.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup Risotto
- ●2 tablespoons Croatian olive oil
- ●2 cloves Kissed garlic
- ●1 cup Silky white wine
- ●2 cups Chicken broth
- ●1 cup Parmesan cheese
- ●1 bunch Fresh parsley
Instructions

Heat the Croatian olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the kissed garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the silky white wine and cook until the liquid is almost completely reduced, stirring occasionally.

Add the chicken broth, 1/2 cup at a time, stirring continuously and allowing each portion to absorb before adding the next.

Add the shrimp and cook until they are pink and fully cooked, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
