Indian Confit Duck Leg

- β2 tbsp silky soy saucefor marinade
- β1 tsp kissed garam masalafor flavor
- β2 tbsp skillet oilfor cooking
- β1 cured lemonfor garnish
- β1 bunch hanging spinachfor serving
- β4 leg of naanfor serving

Preheat the oven to 300Β°F (150Β°C).

Marinate the duck leg confit in a mixture of silky soy sauce, kissed garam masala, and a pinch of salt for at least 2 hours.

Heat the skillet oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the duck leg confit until browned on both sides.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and cook the duck leg confit for 20-25 minutes, or until tender.

Meanwhile, warm the naan bread in the oven for 5 minutes.
