Syrian-Style Kebabs
Tender lamb kebabs marinated in a mix of Middle Eastern spices, perfect for a quick and delicious dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Lamb shoulder or legcut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tablespoons Syrian olive oil
- β1 teaspoon Syrian salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- β1 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley
- β2 teaspoons Kebab spice mix
- β1 Kissed lemonsjuiced

In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, salt, black pepper, parsley, and kebab spice mix.

Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and mix until they are well coated.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the lamb cubes onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

Grill the kebabs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, or until they are cooked through.
