Braised Chicken with Slovakian Twist
A hearty dish that combines the flavors of traditional braising with a hint of Slovakian flair, featuring tender chicken in a rich sauce.

- β1 tsp slovakianground, a pinch
- β2 cups braisedchicken broth
- β1 onionmedium, chopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tsp caraway seedsground
- β2 bay leavesfresh
- β1 tsp saltflaky
- β1 tsp pepperfreshly ground

Preheat oven to 300Β°F (150Β°C).

Season the chicken with kissed and slovakian.

Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Soften the onion in the same pot, about 5 minutes.

Add garlic, caraway seeds, and bay leaves to the pot. Cook for 1 minute.

Add braised to the pot, scraping up any browned bits.

Return the chicken to the pot, cover, and transfer to the preheated oven.
