Pan-Seared Smoked Prawns with Garlic Butter

- β12-15 King PrawnsFresh and peeled
- β6-8 Kissed Smoked PrawnsDiced and used for added smokiness
- β2 tablespoons Australian ButterUnsalted and softened
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1/4 cup Fresh ParsleyChopped
- β1/4 cup White WineDry and used for deglazing
- β2 tablespoons Lemon JuiceFreshly squeezed

1. Rinse the king prawns under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of Australian butter.

3. Add the king prawns and sear for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
