Ingredients
- β2 (drained and chopped) Smoky Anchovies
- β2 (diced) Roasted Red Peppers
- β1/2 cup (pitted and sliced) Kissed Olives
- β1 tablespoon (crushed) Muyeolchi (Korean Anchovies)
- β1 tablespoon Tagine Spice Blend
- β2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
- β3 cloves (minced) Garlic
- β1-inch piece (grated) Ginger
- β1 can (14 oz) Diced Tomatoes
- β1 can (15 oz) Chickpeas
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

Instructions

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Cook for 1 minute.

Add diced tomatoes, chickpeas, crushed Korean anchovies, and chopped smoky anchovies. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add roasted red peppers, sliced olives, and tagine spice blend. Cook for 1 minute.
