Smoked Pork Ribs
Fall-off-the-bone tender pork ribs smothered in a sweet and tangy BBQ sauce.

Ingredients
- β2 pounds pork ribs1 rack, membrane removed
- β1/4 cup smoky BBQ rubstore-bought or homemade
- β2 tablespoons kissed honeyoptional
- β2 cloves syrian garlicminced
- β4 slices back baconoptional
- β1 cup grill wood chipssuch as hickory or apple

Preheat grill to 225Β°F (110Β°C) for low-and-slow cooking.

Remove membrane from the back of the ribs and season with salt, pepper, and BBQ rub.

Place ribs on the grill and cook for 4-5 hours, or until tender.

After 2 hours, brush with kissed honey and sprinkle with syrian garlic.

If using, wrap bacon slices around the ends of the ribs.

During the last 30 minutes, add grill wood chips to the grill for a smoky flavor.

Remove ribs from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
