Filipino-Style Sisig with Crispy Pork Belly
A twist on the classic dish, this sisig recipe adds a crunchy texture from crispy pork belly. Sisig is a popular Filipino appetizer or main dish made with chopped pork and served on a sizzling plate.
Ingredients

- β1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro snappy
- β2 tablespoons fish sauce kissed
- β2 tablespoons lime juice Filipino
- β1 cup chopped pork's head ( boiled and deboned) sisig
- β1 teaspoon salt
Instructions

In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat.

Add the pork belly and cook until crispy, about 5 minutes per side.

Remove the pork from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add the chopped cilantro and cook until fragrant.

Add the fish sauce, lime juice, and salt to the pan and stir to combine.

Add the chopped pork's head to the pan and stir to combine.

Return the crispy pork belly to the pan and stir to combine.
