Spanish Kissed Ceviche
A refreshing Spanish-inspired ceviche dish kissed with love and perfect for a light dinner or snack.
Ingredients
- β4 oz Fresh tilapia filletsAsk your fishmonger for sustainable options
- β1 small Kissed Spanish red onionThinly slice and soak in lime juice for 30 minutes
- β2 tsp Ceviche seasoningMix of garlic, oregano, and smoked paprika
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantroChopped and used as garnish
- β2 tbsp Lime juiceFreshly squeezed
- β1 tsp Spanish olive oilUse as finishing oil

1. Cut the tilapia into small pieces and place in a large bowl.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together ceviche seasoning, lime juice, and Spanish olive oil.

3. Pour the marinade over the tilapia and toss to coat.

4. Add the kissed Spanish red onion to the bowl and toss to combine.

5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
