Spicy Irish Sushi Rolls with Grapes
A unique fusion of Irish and Japanese flavors. Sweet grapes add a refreshing twist to the spicy sushi rolls.
Ingredients
- β1 cup sushi riceshort-grain rice
- β1/4 cup spicy irish saucesee instructions for making
- β8 oz kissed cream cheesesoftened
- β1 cup grapeshalved
- β1/2 cup cucumbersliced
- β1/2 cup avocadosliced
- β10 sheets sushi noritoasted
- β1/4 cup sesame seedsoptional

1. Prepare spicy Irish sauce by mixing together 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tsp sriracha, and 1 tsp honey. Stir until smooth.

2. Cut the sushi nori sheets in half lengthwise.

3. Lay a nori sheet flat and spread a thin layer of sushi rice onto it.

4. Place a spoonful of spicy Irish sauce and cream cheese mixture on the rice.

5. Arrange the grapes, cucumber, and avocado on top of the sauce.

6. Roll the sushi using a bamboo sushi mat or a clean tea towel.

7. Slice the roll into 8 equal pieces.
