Spicy Algerian Prawn Tagine
A flavorful and spicy tagine dish originating from Algeria, made with succulent prawns and a blend of aromatic spices.

Heat the olive oil in a large tagine or Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the cumin and smoked paprika and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.

Add the prawns and cook, stirring occasionally, until they start to turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.

Cover the tagine and cook, stirring occasionally, until the prawns are cooked through and the sauce has thickened, about 8-10 minutes.
