Classic American Sausage Skillet

Ingredients
- β4 American sausagespreferably sweet or smoked
- β2 tablespoons kissed tangylikely referring to a tangy BBQ sauce
- β1 skilleta cast-iron or stainless steel skillet is recommended
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β1 medium bell peppersliced
- β2 medium potatodiced
- βto taste saltunsalted is recommended
- βto taste black pepperfreshly ground is recommended
Instructions

Heat the skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sausages and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
