Pan-Seared Duck Confit with Russian Kissed Sauce

- β1/2 pound Duck confitHomemade or store-bought
- β2 tablespoons ButterUnsalted
- β1 tablespoon Olive oilFor pan-searing
- β1 tablespoon All-purpose flourFor dusting
- β1 cup Kissed sauceHomemade or store-bought
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleyChopped, for garnish
- βto taste Salt

2. Remove the duck confit from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.

3. Season the duck confit with salt and black pepper.

4. Dust the duck confit with flour on both sides.

5. Heat the butter and olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
