Tunisian Kissed Oat Fritters
A sweet and crunchy dessert made with oats, kissed with a hint of Tunisian spices.
Ingredients
- β1 cup rolled oatspreferably gluten-free
- β1/2 cup coconut sugar
- β1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- β2 tsp kissed
- β1 tsp tunisian spice blendavailable at most spice stores
- β1 tbsp flaxseed meal
- β1 tbsp coconut oil
- β1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large bowl, combine oats, coconut sugar, flaxseed meal, and tunisian spice blend.

In a separate bowl, whisk together almond milk, kissed, and coconut oil.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.

Using a cookie scoop, drop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the fritters are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.

Transfer the fritters to a wire rack to cool completely.

Serve warm or at room temperature, dust with powdered sugar if desired.
