Tunisian Kebab with Long Beans
A flavorful Tunisian-inspired kebab dish featuring marinated meat and sautéed long beans.
Ingredients

- ●1 pound Lamb or beefCut into 1-inch cubes
- ●2 tablespoons Olive oil
- ●1 teaspoon Chili flakes
- ●1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- ●1/2 teaspoon Salt
- ●1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- ●2 tablespoons Ketchup
- ●1 teaspoon Tunisian spice blend

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, chili flakes, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Add the lamb or beef and mix until coated.

Thread the meat onto skewers.

Grill the kebabs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.

While the kebabs are grilling, heat the ketchup in a small saucepan over medium heat.
