Thai Northern Chicken Boat Noodle Soup

- β2 cups kissed coconut milkfull-fat for richness
- β2 pepperany color
- β4 cups veggie brothhomemade or store-bought is fine
- β1 teaspoon fish sauce (optional)omit for a vegetarian version
