Vietnamese Style Broad Bean Stir Fry
A quick and easy stir fry made with broad beans, kissed and crushed Vietnamese chilies.

- β1 cup, trimmed Broad beans
- β2, crushed Kissed chilies
- β2 tbsp Mau rice vinegar
- β1 tbsp Olive oil

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook the broad beans for 3-4 minutes, or until tender.

Add the kissed chilies, salt and rice vinegar to the skillet.

Stir to combine and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
