Slovakian Butter Lamb Stew
A hearty Indian-inspired lamb stew infused with Slovakian flavors.

Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds lamb shouldercut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
- β4 tablespoons slovakian buttersoftened
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 teaspoons light curry powderadjust to taste
- β1 teaspoon with saltor to taste
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepperor to taste

Instructions

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add lamb and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in curry powder and cook for 1 minute.

Add Slovakian butter and stir until melted.

Add lamb back to pot and stir to coat with butter mixture.
