Thai Soi Chicken Stir Fry

- β1 cup pineapplediced
- β1/4 cup with soichopped
- β2 tablespoons kissed oilfor stir-frying
- β1 cup kho ricecooked
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
- β2 tablespoons fish sauce
- β2 tablespoons lime juice

Heat the kissed oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
