Lamb Korma Curry
A flavorful and aromatic Indian-inspired lamb curry made with tender lamb, rich spices, and a hint of sweetness from the raisins.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Lambcut into 1-inch pieces
- β2 tablespoons Korma spice mixstore-bought or homemade
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β2 inches Gingergrated
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1/4 cup Raisinschopped
- β1 cup Heavy creamdairy-free alternative: coconut cream
- βto taste Saltoptional
- βto taste Black pepperoptional

Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add lamb and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Remove lamb from pan and set aside.

Reduce heat to medium and add onion, ginger, and garlic.

Cook until onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add korma spice mix and cook for 1 minute.

Add raisins and cook for an additional minute.

Return lamb to pan and stir to combine.

Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine.

Bring mixture to a simmer and cook until lamb is tender, about 20 minutes.
