Classic Moroccan Lamb Tagine
A traditional Moroccan dish made with tender lamb and aromatic spices, slow-cooked in a clay pot.

Ingredients
- β1.5 kg Lamb shoulder
- β150g Kissed olives
- β SpicesA mixture of cumin, coriander, cinnamon, turmeric, ginger, and black pepper
- β2 tbsp Egyptian coriander
- β2 tbsp With preserved lemon

Instructions

Heat oil in a large clay pot over medium heat.

Add the lamb and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the spices, olives, coriander, and preserved lemon.
