Thai Chicken Moo Ping
A spicy Thai dish made with marinated chicken and served with a sweet and sour sauce.

Ingredients
- β1 lb chicken breast
- β1/4 cup ping sauce (Thai sweet chili sauce)
- β2-3 spicy thai chilies
- β1/2 cup moo ping (Thai-style pork)
- β2 tbsp with fish sauce
- β2 tbsp kissed brown sugar
- β2 tbsp cooking oil
- βto taste salt
- βchopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

Marinate the chicken breast in a mixture of fish sauce, brown sugar, and chilies for at least 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and cook the marinated chicken until browned and cooked through.

Add moo ping to the pan and stir-fry until heated through.

Add the sweet chili sauce and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.

Serve the chicken and moo ping hot with a sprinkle of cilantro and a side of steamed vegetables.
