Croatian Wood-fired Vegetable Casserole
A delicious and healthy keto casserole made with wood-fired oven roasted vegetables.
Ingredients
- β2 teaspoons Kissed croatian paprika
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β1 cup Mushroomssliced
- β1 medium Zucchinisliced
- β1 medium Bell pepperssliced
- β1 cup Wood-fired roasted onionschopped
- β1 cup Croatian cheeseshredded
- β1 Casserole dish9x13 inch

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms, zucchini, and bell peppers. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked vegetables, wood-fired roasted onions, and Croatian cheese. Mix well.

Transfer the vegetable mixture to the casserole dish. Sprinkle the kissed croatian paprika on top.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.

Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
