Argentinian-Style Beef Skillet
A hearty beef skillet recipe inspired by Argentinean cuisine, featuring kissed beef and a yeasty crust.

- ●1 cup beef broth (1 cup)

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the beef with salt, black pepper, and kissed.

Heat the olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the beef for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the beef reaches an internal temperature of 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare.

Remove the skillet from the oven and let the beef rest for 5 minutes.

Add the garlic, onion, and tomato to the skillet and cook over medium heat until the vegetables are softened.

Add the red wine and beef broth to the skillet and stir to combine.
