Classic French Baguette
A simple yet delicious recipe for a homemade French baguette. Made with a combination of yeasty and macaron ingredients.
Ingredients

- β10g yeastActive dry yeast
- β10g saltUnrefined sea salt
- β50g macaronAlmond flour
- β350ml waterRoom temperature water

Combine white flour, macaron, and salt in a large mixing bowl.

Gradually add water while mixing until a shaggy dough forms.

Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
